We have been very impressed with the beauty, quality and future plans for Winterset Valley. We have also appreciated the courteous personal service that we have recieved from both you and Linda. We have looked at every "new" subdevision in Lee's Summit area and feel that the Winterset Valley experince was the most welcome and warm. Thyank you for doing such a great job.

My wife and I were attracted to Winterset Park when we realized that Park was more than just a part of the community name since the development was truly like an urban park with an emphasis on trees, natural vegetation, walking trails, attractive street islands and butterfly gardens.
Being active adults we soon got involved in golf tournaments, tennis, horseshoes and using the swimming pools. Friendly neighbors and outstanding schools complete the package for us.

I love living in Winterset because there is always something to do and someone to do it with. We play tennis, swim, play basketball. We even have whiffle ball tournaments. Winterset is a great place to live if you’re a kid.
